I have sent the ppt of last workshop on strengthening systemic capacity on Learning assessment and use of data for improving learning.It is a two year capacity development program. In that workshop a preliminary discussion was held on classical theory and item response theory. Generally it is meant to know the health outcomes of assessment. The item development, item analysis using Item response theory, item bank development etc were discussed in brief. Coming year we will explore, reflect and work more on assessment for improving students' learning.I am sending the link of an article on Assessment : the bridge between teaching and learning.
