18th PLC meeting on Reflection in Education


Dear Friends,

 We will have 18th PLC meeting on 24th April 2017. Ms Nirupama Rout and Ms Mausumi Mohanty will lead the discussion on Reflection in Education basing on Teacher Educator series handbook.
We all have to read the document and prepare our self to participate effectively in the discussion.  we can also discuss on our own reflective notes.I am sending a video link. Please watch this video and write your feedback. You can also search for other video also.

    Video is very good madam.I think, if all the things shown in the video will discuss in PLC then then it will be better.

    Thank you madam..
    Nice video on the models of reflection. I think madam after a general discussion on reflection we will go for it. In our school internship program we have given importance to reflection and maintaining reflective journal but here two things I came across are RIA and ROA..I think we will also focus on this also.

      True. We will focus on three aspects, why reflection, reflection in pre service and in service . different models of reflection. The handbook is also effective. Can we write case studies on reflection?

    It's a nice video mam, reflection helps us to explore our ideas and strengthen our capabilities to improve our classroom practices.so all the portion s of this video should be discussed in our PLC.lt help s a lot to modify our teaching practices.I think all should focus on this point.     Madam a very good collection of reflection videos it is useful to implement in our classroom situation and modify our teaching learning strategies and those six steps are also useful.Reflection links between theroy and practical practices.
